In extrusion workshop, 66 extrusion lines imported from Taiwan and Europe, with press ranging from 450 tons to 4,000 tons, brings over 300,000-ton annual capacity. Many extrusion lines are equipped with American GRANCO dual-pullers, unloading station and cooling station. The station tables are covered with heat-resistance felt made in Germany. With these facilities, the extrusion lines can produce aluminium profiles with section width up to 450mm and in various alloys like 6063,6005, 6061,6082, 7005, 5052, 5056 and 3003. The extrusion lines are also equipped with air-cooling, mist-cooling and water-cooling system, which provides the extruded profiles with expected mechanical characteristics under different conditions.
